Robert incorporated HPG in 2007 to compliment his Independent mortgage brokers Harbourside Financial Ltd and extend the offering to all property services. In his spare time he likes to play golf, football and sail on the south coast.

Nicholas Worlock BSc (Hons) MNAEA
Head Of New Business
Nicholas has been an estate agent for over 15 years, having come from a private banking and corporate finance background. Nicholas Heads up the New Business department for HPG and has a good knowledge of sales, lets and Land and New homes. Nicholas makes things happen and understands client's needs vary, tailor fitting a solution for each client acting quickly and proactively. In his spare time Nicholas likes to play sport and the great outdoors.

Cleo-Leigh Sanders
Property Manager
Cleo has been at HPG for several years now as an apprentice and now a property manager. Cleo role is to manage the under-management properties for the business and maintenance requests. She is an open and clear communicator, and excellent problem solver and able to overcome obstacles where they arise.

Marika Noce
Head of Lettings
Marika has been at Harbourside for a few years now. Previously, she worked in a retail environment, so she has a good understanding of excellent customer service. Her role is to deal with renewals and coordinate the management and renewals of the properties we let out and ensure they are all managed in line with regulations and looked after. In her spare time, she like to socialise with friends and family and keep fit.

Khian Pearce
Business Administrator
Khian has been at HPG for several months now as a Business Administrator and has a keen interest in property and customer service. He is the person you will meet first when you come to the office. His role is to book and take care of the viewings and keep clear communication going with tenants. In his spare time, he likes to socialize with friends, play golf and watch sports.
