Robert incorporated HPG in 2007 to compliment his Independent mortgage brokers Harbourside Financial Ltd and extend the offering to all property services. In his spare time he likes to play golf, football and sail on the south coast.

Nicholas Worlock BSc (Hons) MNAEA
Head Of New Business
Nicholas has been an estate agent for over 15 years, having come from a private banking and corporate finance background. Nicholas Heads up the New Business department for HPG and has a good knowledge of sales, lets and Land and New homes. Nicholas makes things happen and understands client's needs vary, tailor fitting a solution for each client acting quickly and proactively. In his spare time Nicholas likes to play sport and the great outdoors.

Eleanor May
Head of Lettings
Eleanor has been with HPG Estate Agents for several years, joining from a high-end sales retail environment in Clifton. Eleanor's role is to manage the under management properties for the business. She is an open and clear communicator, and excellent problem solver and able to overcome obstacles where they arise. In her spare time Eleanor likes to keep fit and socialize.

Cleo Sanders
Lettings Negotiator
I am Cleo and I have been at HPG for several months now as a letting negotiator and have a keen interest in property and customer service. I am the person you will meet first if you come to the office. My role is to book and take care of the viewings and keep clear communication going with tenants. In my spare time I like to socialize with friends and my boyfriend.

Marika Noce
Senior Property Manager
I am Marika and I have been at Harbourside for a few years now. Previously, I worked in a retail environment so I have a good understanding of excellent customer service. I coordinate the management of the properties we let out and ensure they are all managed in line with regulations and looked after. In my spare time I like to socialise with friends and family and keep fit.
